Our business
Operating as a partnership since October 2019, now (August 2023 onwards) a sole trader business after an amicable split. We specialise in cleaning of windows, gutters, UPVC, drives/patios/walkways, roofs, render/cladding, conservatory roofs and solar panels. We are reliable, professional and aim to consistently deliver a quality service at competitive prices and to accommodate any special requests.
We offer cleaning services to both domestic and commercial clients.
We are fully trained and qualified and have public liability covering personal injury and property damage up to £1,000,000.
Where we work
We operate in Bishopbriggs, Cumbernauld, Eaglesham, East Kilbride, Glasgow, Lenzie & Rutherglen. However, we are happy to accommodate working in other areas in and around the Central Belt if it is reasonable for us to do so.
How we work
For cleaning of exterior windows, and a number of our other specialised cleaning services we use the pure water-fed pole system. This advanced cleaning system allows us to achieve a very high quality of work all from the safety of the ground. (more on this system here)

We schedule our regular cleaning on a week-based system e.g 2/4/8 weeks rather than by calendar month(s), meaning that we are round on the same day of the week every visit. Unless there are extenuating circumstances, we are sure to be exactly on time- every time.

We work in all-weather provided it is possible and safe to do so. The pure water-fed pole system means that the quality of window cleaning is not affected by the rain. (more here)

Health & Safety
New health and safety legislation requiring the use of ladders to be kept to essential-only makes the water-fed pole system we use ideal for window cleaning and our other specialist services. Allowing us to carry out the vast majority of our work from the safety of the ground. (details here)

We take health and safety seriously and are sure to wear the appropriate PPE when working with chemicals and are careful to use those chemicals in the proper way and for there intended use. We keep the area we are working in on properties a safe place and inform our clients of any significant hazards.
